RWA and tokenisation will change/is changing finance. Tokenised private and public stocks (see @RepublicCrypto announcement today) will broaden access, whether it is @SpaceX, @nvidia, or Animoca.

There will be expanding set of investors looking for RWA. It will no longer be just crypto natives, but also payment platforms & brokerages who are crossing into crypto, which need yielding assets to park their money. This flow can be quantum's bigger than that from current RWA investors.

There will be new types of exchanges for RWAs. And it might not be just today's crypto CEXs and @RobinhoodApp's of the world. You might have new players that are more prepared from a tech, customer and compliance POV.

While the space hold exciting opportunities, you dont tokenise for tokenisation's sake. Turning an asset into a token doesnt guarantee liquidity. You must have utility, eg, instant settlement for tokenised MMF, for a token product to succeed.

And regulation will need to catch up. I was at SEC "Crypto Mom" @HesterPeirce's talk this morning, where she talked about global sandbox and mutual regulation recognition across jurisdictions.

So the intent is there, to lean forward and provide a regulatory framework for financial innovation. It is now up to us innovators to deliver on the promise. LFG!
