Brother, so far the 2026 World Cup has an attendance of 64,000 per game, compared to 52k in Qatar, 47k in Russia, 49k in South Africa, 52k in Germany, 42 in France and only below the record attendance (USA 1994, 68k per game)

A lot of people claimed that the World Cup in the US would be a disaster for traveling fans, and that Americans didn’t care enough to be a great host
And while it’s been far from perfect, the WC has once again proved that once it starts, there’s nothing better in sports
Hello friends, I am from Belgium. I am visiting America for the first time to see the World Cup. I love your country. I am in Times Square after the basketball game and I see men of all races starting fires and destroying cars. This is amazing. In Europe, only Muslims do this
Ratings are off the charts, games have been awesome, huge, enthusiastic crowds, travelers from around the world falling in love with how awesome America is. And now a tiny island nation with a population of 158,000, Curacao, just scored on Germany. Put these games on and enjoy.
The European mind cannot handle that they just sort of suck. In every regard. Behind in technology, behind in behavior, sitting on a throne of self-perceived superiority.
They will only say negative things because it’s America. They’ve been brainwashed to think we’re stupid, evil, and the worst people.
Yet all the Europeans here have said nothing but how great the country is. How great we are as hosts. They’re having a blast and everyone is treating them well.
This will be one of the best World Cups ever and already is.
No matter how much they try to lie and seethe from their broken couch at home, we will all enjoy one of the best World Cups in years.
Weston McKennie, perhaps more so than any other USMNT player, seems to understand how this World Cup can change soccer in America.
And in that context, he knew that Friday was more than a triumphant win.
It was a message to "the people (who) maybe say, 'Oh, soccer's boring'"
One of the more fraudulent Finals teams we'll ever see
Literally everything had to break right
Hali/Tatum Achilles, East was BAD, Knicks had 0 injuries, lucked out with home court rounds 2 & 3, got their preferred opponent EVERY round, dodged OKC and Spurs were too young/stupid
