I wanted to build the perfect roasting company. But building it didn’t mean waiting to launch it until it was perfect. If that were the case, I’d never have opened it as paralysis by analysis is real.

I identified my core beliefs and the leanest representation of those beliefs to get to market as quickly as possible with the most viable version. Perfecting it from here will be a daily assessment of what resonates with our guests and what is efficient for our team to replicate — consistently — on a daily basis for guests to reliably enjoy. That last part is huge. Consistency is key.
