@Drew3werD @BenOndaTop There are two separate issues here. One is the sign-stealing scandal. It became public, and MLB investigated it and punished the Astros for it. The other is running Luhnow out of MLB. Manfred in his report criticized Luhnow for things having nothing to do with the scandal.
