@lufthansa I have been without my luggage for 3 days now after you missed getting them on my connection from Amsterdam to Munich. Yesterday my bags finally arrived in Munich and you assured me they would be delivered today, yet they are still at the airport per my airtags.

I understand bags get delayed but whenever this has happened with any other airline I have recieved them within 24 hours. You KNOW where these bags are and yet you can't deliver on your promise to deliver them.

The courier service you involved has been impossible to contact other than their website which they also said they will deliver today. Now I'm going to miss my train tomorrow because I will have to go back to Munich airport to track my bags down.

@LinkedIn I log in with my Microsoft account. I just got a new phone and there's no option to login with Microsoft on the app like there is on the desktop web. How do I log into the LI app? My only options are Google, Apple and FB.

I tried to "chat" with the shopper and of course have received no reply. Is that because you're using an ineffective AI chatbot in reality? I'll be canceling this service, now apparently you're out of string cheese.

@jewelosco Your delivery service is getting worse at doing the actual shopping. Today I was told you were out of Bounty paper towels and would I like Scott toilet paper instead. That's not an appropriate substitution suggestion.

@Starlink @elonmusk Hey why don't you just call "Standby" mode what it really is - Pause now costs $5 per month. I don't need a super low speed plan when my Starlink is packed away for winter. Now I have to pay $5/month for the privilege of having an account when not in use.
