@foodandwine Only 6 quarts from 50 lbs?? I got 7Q from 25 lbs of ripe roma tomatoes!! Type of tomato does matter and affects the yield.. very few seeds or water in the local roma tomatoes I used.

Had to lay my hand on her desk while I got hit across my palm 4 times from the thick rubber strap. Also had hair twisted and pulled and hit with a yardstick, in later grades.
