“For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
— Romans 8:38-39 NIV
Why do Christians live longer lives, have healthier relationships and better overall health? (Besides the practice of moderation, temperance and a moral life).
Because we understand that God’s unending love and protection is unassailable, and under no circumstance—spiritual, physical, or temporal—can anything separate us from God.
We never walk alone.
@theREALhunt24 Birdsong on a Texas morning with a good cup of black cowboy coffee, feet up and legs crossed while watching the clouds move across the sky is unique. I love early Texas mornings.
In the quiet beauty of the evening sun rests simple contentment — Pickles is grazing peacefully beneath a vast sky. This is a gentle reminder that we, too, may lay down our burdens and trust in the faithful provision of our Creator.
“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11 (NIV)
No matter the shadows that gather or the uncertainties that lie ahead, His promises remain steadfast. Live with Grace and seek His counsel in all that you do.

I loved asking my mother: If God is all powerful, can He create a rock that he can’t pick up?
God is the Alpha and the Omega, and exists outside of space/time as we understand it, therefore God has always existed and will always exist. No beginning. No end.
I am. (Was and will be is inclusive of God)
@pwilsondtf Ask Anne Frank’s family while they hide in the attic and the Gestapo are at the front door asking “do you know where there are any Jews hiding?”
I was at one of their stores yesterday and talked with someone who was closing a store on the last day of active operations.
I heard blame on competition from big box retailers and priced out of the source chain by bulk buyers. HEB chocolate covered strawberries are dirt compared to Lammes but why wasn’t Lammes partnering with HEB and selling inside HEB?
The truth is, Lammes is a victim of their inability to adapt to the changing market land concentrate on their successful products.
They didn’t play to their strength as a premium product.
They used a central processing factory for all of their candies and delivered them to stores in Austin. Their stores were staffed by sales people, not people who could hand-craft chocolate or produce anything in-store on demand.
They refused to adopt or adapt to the changing market after Covid.
IMHO, they needed new management not afraid of making decisions to change and adapt.
@sloppytortilla As a former HS tuba player, I can without a doubt say that our entire section would have participated for free. Fake or not.

Romans 12:2 (NIV)
“Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
We should maintain an intentional mindset that transforms our thought patterns to align with God’s perspective. To find perspective is to seek His guidance This constant effort fosters clarity, discernment, and an optimistic outlook rooted in divine truth and hope.
Whatever circumstances we face, God knows our needs. We should, therefore, focus on what is good, noble, and true.

Post about something you love, not against something you hate.
You’re welcome.
(A good political campaign is aspirational. We should talk about what we consider good and what we will proclaim in the public square is the same as in our homes — love of God, family, and civics)
@GnosisWolf@BeeAwake1 Leftists/Marxists/Feminazis believe in “the enemy of my enemy is my friend” revolutionary logic. The goal justifies the means.
Their goal is to dnd patriarchy and capitalism.
