Just wanted to congratulate @EufyOfficial on outstanding troubleshooting.
I have had the same advise 3 times, despite them having a video of the problem and knowing to access the spring you need to remove the mount.
Reason for emailing: the mount is stuck on.

Really upset that Disney is using Evri as a delivery partner.
I was immediately disheartened when I got an email from Evri saying they'd got my package
True to form my package has been 'delayed' since 27/11 with no updates.

Resent my order in 5 separate parcels but 2 items were out of stock.

How is that possible when we are telling you its fraud and the payments are from the US! If you Google the websites, they are flagged as scams.
