I contacted your customer support, was given generic advise before they ended the conversation. I recontact, and again the cut the conversation without resolving.

@EA Whenever I try to talk to support, I get AI, then if I get past that, the contact us button is greyed out. Have you seriously stopped me from contacting you? You haven't resolved the issue.
