@ATTHelp I have an issue that my wireless bill is much higher than was promised when I made a change. A case was opened to investigate and I received no response. Every time I call, "there is no documentation" about prior calls and I have been asked to start new investigation.

@mass_ave @TBriscoe Yes, indeed his voice! I was in band with his kids (including the current Sammy, Mark Carter) and Bob would be there too. I remember the band marching to the football stadium for a game and hearing him laugh as he walked alongside - total Sammy Terry laugh.
