@g__j @Andrewislington Greg, happened to me. Emailed acceptance to new tariff on 3Mar due to errors online on 3Mar. On 4 Mar, received email that new tariff was in effect but with £50 exit fee/fuel, which wasn't on initially. Called in and was told fee was effective 5pm on 3Mar. Reverted to old tariff.

@acailler @OctopusEnergy Happened to me too. Could not signup to new tariff plan online due to error messages. Emailed acceptance to new tariff but was informed next day a £50 exit fee was applicable from 5pm the previous evening. Had them revert my tariff to the old one with no exit fee! Disgraceful!!

@makemytripcare Why is the refund amount Rs.11,114/- and not Rs.11,570/- when you promised a full refund? Please refund the remaining amount of Rs.456/- to the card account. You cannot charge for a service that did not exist! @HDFCBank_Cares
