@Georgeatasda What is going on? We placed an order almost 3 weeks ago now, apparently it was delivered a week ago - but it hasn't been! Can't get hold of ANYONE its shocking.
@JohnLewisRetail His report literally said the marble was full of filler. I have never contested that its not a 'manufacturing fault,' more that this is not reflective of an Β£800 table. I'd expect so much more longevity for that price point. Β£800 for a year is shocking quality.
So @JohnLewisRetail used to be known for their customer service. But apparently this Β£800 table is 'performing as expected' after a years light use. Wild.
@JohnLewisRetail The technician said it was a cheap marble and he wouldn't buy modern furniture anymore because it's all cheap quality. Which is great if it wasn't an Β£800 table. Its poor.
