TERRIBLE customer service of @firstcryindia. Bought 5 items & 3 are defective with no return policy. Return ID of 1 item is 64800479, which is still pending. Selling cheap products with no quality check. If issue is not resolved, will be bound to take matter to consumer court 😡

@JioMart_Support Haven't got order from @JioMart after 12days. Delivery is postponed again. Contacted their customer care through calls & mails no. of times. They lie saying delivery will be made the same day. Have records of conversation as proof. @jagograhakjago pls take action

@JioMart_Support I've checked your website & none of the items are out of stock, so that should not be the reason for late delivery.
I've ordered items from jiomart using another no. on 18th & items were delivered on 21st which shows you are not serving customers on first come first serve basis.

@JioMart_Support Every time I call, your customer care executives lie that delivery will be made the same day by 9 pm. Don't give apologies or use sentences like "we are working on it ". GIVE ME A SPECIFIC DELIVERY DATE. My complaint no. via email on 20th Sept was 6321320233.

@JioMart_Support Order always gets delayed or canceled. My last order showed item was returned which puts blame on me, whereas I didn't even get call/message about delivery. My latest order no is16296251599061002M. When I speak with customer care they are rude & disconnects call.

Customer service of flipkart is terrible. They only know how to cheat customers. I'm never going to buy anything from flipkart again. Crappy websites like snapdeal & shop clues are FAR better. #boycottflipkart
