@GDAmicoCrypto@BrianRoemmele I thought my equipment was getting old too, until I realized it was my ears… a sad discovery… But thankfully a simple EQ can fix most of the damage. A lot of that old hi-fi gear still sounds great even today
We all have blind spots. An important blind spot is what I would call the "disengagement blind spot." Most people with agency are constantly being shut down. We see it in the data with a growing inactivity rate for young men in the West.
How do you explain large organizations that are unable to produce anything new? The "disengagement blind spot." The CEO is quite sure that he is encouraging innovation, new ideas... and he cannot "see" what is happening.
But disengagement is often invisible. Joe might have initiated a new project but he does not. You don't see the project that did not happen and could have happened.
And it is the fatal flaw of command economy and top-down management. They do not see who is being shut down, they do not see what could have happened had they been supportive.
i can't think of a non-cliche way to say this, but everyone who says having a kid is the best thing in the world is both correct and still somehow understating it.
Do you do networking? Have you ever had MTU issues? I'm guessing the answer to my question is yes.
In my latest post we'll deep dive on headers, their size, MTU, MSS, and MSS clamping.
I hope you find it useful 😊
