@Brocklesnitch Get the cheap shelf gnocchi & whatever veg you want (I like tomatoes + anything that roasts quickly). Toss it on all on a baking tray with some oil/salt/pepper/chilli flakes/fennel seeds (fancy). Bake at 200 until you’re happy with it. Dress it with some lemon/vinegar + cheese.
