Some superb artistic skills from Year 1. They looked at #welsh castles and underwater illustrations by Lorna Scobie and Axel Scheffler to create their own underwater scene based on a welsh myth. Afterwards they marbled their drawings to make it look like it was #Underwater#art
Refining their observational skills, Year 2 drew outlines, applied colour using wax crayons, used a watercolour wash and finally re-outlined their #cityscapes to create #cardiffbay at night
Year 6 worked incredibly resiliently to improve their gaming characters, drawing from life before editing their forms to create their own concept, looking at form, colour and style
