@Ryanair Canceeled COVID flight in March still no refund however articles today show all March refunds have been paid???? Not mine... Impossible to contact ye to question this..

@eir @eircare I have been waiting since Friday for a call that I was supposed to receive within 48hrs.... Care and customer support is atrocious.. retained wont be advising any friends to switch and deal with Eir..

@eircare customer care is atrocious !!! Trying to get to speak to an agent since Friday & everyone I get on chat advise its not their area & they can't help.reply from all ring 1901, rang now so many times waited 30mins each time to have the phone line cutoff.. Such bad service!!
