2 WhatsApp messages received today from different numbers, claiming to be you and asking me to press a link.
I have not clicked the link but what’s concerning is the messages know my full name, hotel name and dates of stay…

Can someone please explain why, on 6 separate occasions across the last 4 months I have been told a refund is being issued within 3-5 days?
To this date I have not received said refund.
It seems many others on twitter have expressed the same concerns…
