On 7/22/24 Matt McCabe wrote an email to Governor Healey and several other politicians, urging them not to fire Michael Proctor, who he called a "great officer of the state." Now we know that Proctor regularly used the racial slurs, talked about planting drugs on suspects, and discussed raping his girlfriend in her sleep with Sean Goode. This is who the McAlberts consider a "great officer of the state," because to them a "great officer" is someone who doesn't investigate them for their potential involvement in the murder of a cop.

There is a lot of misinformation out there. AFKR claims that I intimidated Lucky into lying about seeing a Ford Edge but no body on the lawn. FKR supporters who hate me claim that Karen found him and I played no part in it. But the fact of the matter is that Lucky ghosted Karen Read's defense team in March of 2022 because he was intimidated by the Canton mafia, and they had no idea if he would be a witness for her at trial. That changed when I began relentlessly investigating the case. I couldn't use any information Karen gave me, so I had to find Lucky on my own and made him feel safe and protected to tell the truth. If I hadn't done that Lucky Loughran's testimony may have sounded more like Kelly Dever's.

Interesting development in the Higgins/Albert/McCabe (HAM) lawsuit against Karen Read and Turtleboy:

The case has officially been transferred from Barnstable County to Plymouth County under G.L. c. 211B, § 10 after Judge Mark Gildea was specially assigned to preside over the matter.

Why does this matter?

One of the apparent strategic advantages for the plaintiffs was having the case filed down on the Cape in Barnstable County, which is geographically much farther removed from Norfolk County and the epicenter of the Karen Read case.

That potentially could have mattered later for jury pool considerations given how heavily saturated Norfolk County and surrounding areas have been with coverage of the John O’Keefe case.

However, once Judge Gildea was assigned to this lawsuit, the Chief Justice had authority under Massachusetts law to transfer the case to the county where Gildea is currently sitting: Plymouth County.

And that is exactly what happened.

This may not be ideal for the HAM plaintiffs because Plymouth County sits directly adjacent to Norfolk County and includes much of the South Shore, from areas like Hingham down through Plymouth. Communities throughout Plymouth County are generally very aware of the Karen Read case and the death of John O’Keefe due to years of nonstop local coverage.

As an example:
Canton borders Stoughton in Norfolk County, and Stoughton borders Brockton in Plymouth County. These regions are deeply interconnected geographically, culturally, and through local media coverage.

In short, the lawsuit just moved significantly closer to the center of public awareness surrounding the Karen Read case.
