@AmazonHelp it would be great if you could help me get my Mom’s account back. She had Prime, but now can’t access. The hacker has more rights than her and that account recovery department can’t diverge from a script. She can’t access the account and the email is compromised.

Oh, @amazon you make it so hard to get an account that was hacked resolved. The customer service is no help. My Mom account was hacked in December and she still can’t get it back. I believe her email address was hacked along with her Amazon (Boomers 🤷🏽‍♀️) .
