@DanPriceSeattle In the late 70s, Jimmy Carter talked about Peak Oil, that we'd face increasingly more difficulty/expense extracting the stuff, wage war for it, & still have higher prices. He put solar panels on the WH, etc. Big Oil went after him for it. They lie to take subsidies from US.
