@JustineBateman Hollywood was a golden goose. Instead of fostering it they chased it out.
They filled CA with homeless and illegals, and set swaths of it on fire.
The craziest part is that millions think this was fine.
Read this timeline. It perfectly captures how absurd our immigration system has become:
2012: Enters the U.S. on an F-1 student visa
2016: Graduates
2016-2019: Works on OPT/STEM OPT
2019-2026: Works on H-1B
2025: Employer files PERM for a green card
2026: Hits the SIX-YEAR H-1B limit
So what happens next?
He switches BACK to F-1 “student” status, enrolls in a master’s program with Day 1 CPT, and gets work authorization again.
After 14 years in America.
Read his own words:
“I changed to F-1 status and started a master’s program with Day 1 CPT to remain in status.”
That’s the entire problem in one sentence.
F-1 -> OPT -> STEM OPT -> H-1B -> PERM -> back to F-1 -> Day 1 CPT.
At what point does a “temporary” immigration program actually become temporary?
Congress needs to close the revolving door.
@RepRileyMoore@RepBrandonGill@RepGregSteube@RepOgles@SenateGOP
Mass migration touches every part of American life.
It suppresses wages.
It drives up rents.
It overwhelms hospitals.
It strains our social institutions.
It makes our roads less safe.
This is absolutely insane.
One H-1B holder is openly asking what happens if he:
• Maxes out his credit cards
• Doesn’t repay them
• Lets his home go into foreclosure
• Leaves the United States
• Then applies for ANOTHER U.S. visa later
Another H-1B holder reports roughly $180K in consumer debt and a $406K mortgage while saying he may have only 1-1.4 years remaining in the country.
Forget immigration politics for a second.
Why shouldn’t serious unpaid U.S. debts be part of the conversation when someone wants to extend their stay, renew a visa, change status, get another work visa, obtain a green card, or return to America later?
We’re constantly told H-1Bs benefit America because they pay taxes and contribute to the U.S. economy.
Fine.
Then count the whole ledger.
Taxes paid matter.
So do unpaid loans, defaults, foreclosures and debts potentially left behind.
Temporary should mean temporary.
And financial obligations shouldn’t disappear at the border.
@adamfrancisco_ Women take a pregnancy and are either ecstatic or upset by the results. The only distinction is whether they wanted a BABY.
There is zero ambiguity or confusion that a life is already growing in her.
The H-1B program has become a scam against American workers.
Corporations use it to suppress wages, replace qualified Americans, and ship jobs to the lowest bidder…
I introduced the EXILE Act to END the H-1B program and put American workers back at the front of the line.
If your business model depends on replacing Americans with cheaper foreign labor, it's time for a new business model!

@SecRubio It doesn't help that you guys are still handing out 1000s of H1B/yr who then bring their wife, parents, etc.
"Legal" immigration is doing far more damage to the American middle class than illegals do.
#EndH1B#EndOPT
@realBrandonGill H1Bs (and the other corrupt visas) have done far more damage to the American middle class than illegal immigration.
It is indefensible.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! Former Southern Poverty Law Center CFO Heidi Beirich has been ARRESTED, AG Todd Blanche just confirmed a newly unsealed indictment
She was part of SECRET PAYMENTS to informants inside white supremacist groups.
The fraudulent NGO is CRASHING DOWN!
"The arrest was THIS MORNING."
"This is EXACTLY what we said would happen."
"As alleged...she was part of the effort to open bank accounts in fictitious companies' names, and make payments to individuals for reasons that were not accurate as described."
@EndWokeness Voting machines are a flagrant national security problem. Trump should ban them asap and take his chances with the Supreme Court when it's challenged.
