@AvantiWestCoast terrible journey to London on the 9.02am from Runcorn this morning. Really disruptive with music blasting out of phones. A really uncomfortable journey! Our seats were also double booked!

@forduk Someone is due to call us tomorrow. Really hope it gets resolved asap as 9 weeks without Bluetooth, radio, heating controls, sat nav, clock, parking sensors plus more is an absolute disgrace
