My Dad always says, “You can’t remake “Wizard of Oz.’” And he’s right. You CAN by definition, but whatever you make, will always be second to the original.
So, why try?
Oh,that’s right… money. So in the end, everyone defending the show, are defending just that:
A cash grab.
I’ve been struggling to articulate in my own mind, why this #HarryPotter remake bothers me. Really, it feels like a slap in the face to the original cast: "You were great Robbie. Anyway… moving on!"
