Heartbroken and dismayed on how @YourAlberta government has clawed back funds for our most needy, our most vulnerable. Case in point: Today I am trying to help this lady who was diagnosed with advanced breast cancer.  She was planning to attend college to help with finding employment, and was instead hospitalized for over a month.  Upon discharge from hospital, it was discovered she needed to find a new place to stay as she had lost her previous accommodations while in hospital.  A cancer foundation granted this lady $500 for moving expenses; however, since she was receiving Alberta Income Supports, her monthly payment was reduced by the same amount. This action has thrown her into peril and crisis. Her situation brought me to tears. I don't know if Premier @ABDanielleSmith knows how this austarity, these deaths by a thousand government's knives hurts #Albertans . Cannot compassion be a guiding principal? Sorry for emoting but this one really affects me. #abpoli
