Jennifer has over 24 years of experience working in the social services, non-profit, and government sectors. She is a part-time Sessional Instructor in the Department of Social Work at @McMasterU in Hamilton, Ontario and she also works as a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist with the Ontario Disability Employment Network (@odenetwork ).

A huge thank you to former Chair Ed Casagrande who brought great energy and dedication to the role. But it's not goodbye! Ed will continue to be an important part of our Board of Directors.

We look forward to seeing what this new chapter will bring for CDSS!

When Pip was born, it inspired her mom Tara to create the @happysoulproj, a non-profit that works to improve awareness and advocacy for people with Down syndrome and people with disabilities and terminal illnesses.

Pip and her family are Down Syndrome Walk Ambassadors this year and will be representing the Kingston community next Saturday!
