So yesterday I got the @MCRMetrolink from Timperley to sale. Tapped in and tapped out. Said on the tap out not authorised but was told by metrolink staff its fine it happens but will register, woke this morning to see they've taken over £16 out my account for a £3 journey!

How long do you think it's acceptable for @Deliveroo to deliver your food? Only been waiting 3 hours for them to say the restaurant has prepared your food so can't cancel! I don't want it if its been sat there for 3 hours! Never using then again after this!

@DeliverooHelp @Deliveroo Your chat isn't working and your app said driver waiting to collect then waiting to assign driver and this has been going on for over 2 hours! My kids have been waiting for their food for 2 hours it's a disgrace. You also can't get through on the number! Awful company!
