@SpotifyCares @SpotifyCares I disconnected an RSS feed in Spotify for Creators and it deleted 217 episodes including video files uploaded natively. This happened 2 hours ago. Chat support is looping me. I need urgent escalation for media restoration.

@SpotifyCares Is anybody there to help? After 2 hours with chat support I have been transferred and passed around to four different customer support people and nobody has been able to help. Its just an endless loop!

@SpotifyCares I am requesting backend restoration of the deleted episodes and media. These files existed on Spotify’s servers and should still be recoverable.

This is not a request for re-upload instructions.
I need this escalated to Engineering / Content Operations for recovery.
