@davidkurten Lots of peope are paying rent for life with no benefits at end to them.
Sometimes a mortgage is cheaper than paying rent and least you have something show for it or asset to pass on

@benleo Seeing as most people will pay interest on their mortgage and house repairs over the years will this amount be taking of value of house to make it a fair tax after all the interest should be classed as part of the tax but I guess I know the answer 🤦‍♀️

@FriseSally Why are we so willing to let 1 person who comes into power for maybe a year or 2 make decisions to change life of millions it happens every time new party is voted in it’s about time we just all got some backbone and just stood up to them .
