@dfs total waste of time company. Left me with no where to shit for Christmas! Covid hasn’t cancelled my Christmas DFS has #dfsruinschristmas

[Jen Grimes @JenGrimes_]

@DFS have ruined my Christmas… my sofa was out for delivery yesterday and never arrived. No one knows what’s going on. Nothing to sit on this Christmas #dfsruinchristmas

[Jen Grimes @JenGrimes_]

@jet2tweets you have changed our flights which has been a massive inconvenience and I have just realised you have sat us in separate seats all over the plane… my daughter is about 15 rows back from me… she’s 3!!!! And you now expect me to pay to change it

@PS5StockAlertUK I am in Smyths Now and they are taking pre orders for arrival around 16th august. I have just got one. I arrived and they were putting the signs up for pre orders around the store

@mamasandpapas Original email sent on 7th July and problem still not solved... your customer service support is not open long enough hours

[Jen Grimes @JenGrimes_]

@mamasandpapas No point... you take too long to reply, trying to deal with you via email and that's causing me no end of hassle

[Jen Grimes @JenGrimes_]

@mamasandpapas so disappointed with your customer service 😡. Delivery problems and still waiting to hear back about what's going on
