@Jteranft@RugbyInsideLine@davidflatman Tbf mate, Graham’s try chalked off questionably, penalty try not given for Lynagh’s slap down, Cunningham south trying to collapse every maul and a forward pass for Northmore’s second try, Dickson was shocking all round
We said in Dec 2020 that we were on the right side of the law, and will be on the right side of history. Thankful to everyone who helped us get to today’s decision – one that is for all crypto innovation in the US. More to come.
I’m not going to litigate the SEC’s unproven allegations on Twitter, and as you can imagine, there are new considerations to what can / should be said publicly after the litigation process starts. However, I would like to address 5 key questions I’ve seen. 1/10
@daveinnorfolk19 Though I agree everyone is responsible for their own losses, it’s an unethical price manipulation scheme to dump on new investors hoping to ‘get rich quick’. Many are sold a dream and return -50%+ in their portfolio. It’s bad for crypto, as you drive people out the market.
@Nwach_i @Iam_abdoolaxis I’m holding for now, but we will have to see if anything else comes out. Very odd Jay Clayton did this just before leaving, the SEC have a lot to answer for. If XRP is a security, then it should have been picked up years ago.
@Nwach_i @Iam_abdoolaxis They’ll win the court case because it’s not a security. The SEC are only taking them to court for this and not selling to companies at discounted rates to dump. The fact it’s not be settled makes me think XRP are very confident. I expect the price to bounce back (I hope)
As an #XRP holder, I do not, nor have I ever been, under the impression that I am entitled to shareholder rights for purchasing the virtual currency XRP.
