@LalaLesleyF @teacheconomics @patriottakes I just don’t get how so many people can’t see this. Or refuse to believe it. I will say I have noticed some changes recently in my former in laws and my current father in law. That’s a plus but there’s still way too many un-American crazies who don’t.
@halladayfan32 You’re welcome. I enjoy talking baseball with you very much and we have chatted about other things as well. I’m happy to have you as a friend on here. You genuinely care about others.
@Odizzle4Rizzle @JohnnyUtah530 @Acosta I’m sorry. I had to laugh at your name. We had a cat named McLovin once. He was the craziest cat ever and it struck me funny. Haven’t thought about him in years. Thanks for a little laugh today in this sad and crazy world 😊
@JohnnyUtah530 @Acosta We should really just not even type his name anymore. It should just be *ucker Carlson. I think his parents made a typo on his birth certificate considering they birthed a hell-spawn.
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 As much trauma I’ve survived in my life and he’s honest with me and I can cuss as much as I want and cry as much as I want and I do not feel judged in any way like I did before. I’m so very grateful to my pcp for the introduction. I’m doing well I think. Lots of work ahead though
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 I finally found someone I’m comfortable with. It was a fluke that I even met him and I’m generally uncomfortable with males but it’s turned into a great doctor/patient relationship the last couple months. He was shocked that I’m doing as well as I have been all these years with
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 Do that for a living tell you they can’t help you. I was scared to death hearing the words therapy or therapist for years. I’m almost 50 now and sadly have had a lot of losses recently in our family including my children’s father. I feel it’s time to get some much needed help and
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 I was too young to understand everything going on and I had just lost my dad a few years before. There were therapists telling my mom that they weren’t qualified to deal with this kind and amount of trauma. Child psychologists. Wtf? So it was very hard for me when people who
@BeyondBlonde3 @k_flyMN Also, therapy doesn’t help everyone either. Being forced to talk to so many strangers about it did me more harm than good and I hadn’t been to therapy since until a couple months ago. I’m hoping to process through current issues and my past on my own terms this time.
@BeyondBlonde3 @k_flyMN Agreed. I attempted suicide two years after. Everyone at school found out and teenagers can be very cruel. I wanted it all to go away. I was almost successful but got scared and called for help and got to hospital in time. That has never left me either.
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 He still taunted me and my brother for years after even with restraining order. I found out a couple years ago he’s in a nursing home with leg amputated from diabetes. I seriously considered going to confront him as an adult but figured it could go bad for me legally.
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 What’s hard for me is no closure. He pled guilty to a lesser charge right before trial. I went through awful things preparing for trial. It was a hard decision for my mom and attorney to make but they honestly thought trial would destroy me worse.
@HamptonHavenS @LanceUSA70 Exactly. I can’t imagine what those kids think about every day now. And their parents. You think you are sending your kids to a safe place at school. I feel awful for all of them.
@BeyondBlonde3 My husband is the product of a rape. But his mom didn’t give him up. She loved him regardless. So he understands from both sides but it takes a strong person to do what she did. Not everyone is capable. I wouldn’t have been. I know it still affected her until she died.
@k_flyMN @BeyondBlonde3 I completely understand. You’re not alone there. I still have them too. I’m sorry you had to go through that and as a survivor myself, we have every right to have them.
@BeyondBlonde3 I was 13 years old. It still affects me today. I’ve had PTSD moments and once punched my husband in the face during one of those moments. It was self preservation to me in that split second. He understood and did what he could to help me. The bad times still come decades later.
@LanceUSA70 She looks forward to going after the real monster? I don’t buy it. I don’t think she has a drop of remorse. Just trying to save her own ass and they are both sick and twisted people. I had trouble getting through this article. So sickening.
