Should note this was the second seat offered! The first was worse. You also originally tried to provide an unsuitable booster for our 4 year old. Don’t offer a service if you can’t provide it competently!
@Budget thoroughly disappointed, your staff at Boston airport felt this was an appropriate car seat to hire out for a 7 month old. Complete unsafe! We’ve now had to source another, SAFE seat ourselves. When will you refund our costs and compensate for the risk & stress incurred?

@TUIUK I already have!!! I refuse to be stuck in a perpetual cycle of repeating myself. Your hotel caused serious sickness in our family of 5 plus at least 17 others in less than a week. My baby lost 10oz! This service is unacceptable. I want my money back. First family holiday ruined!
@TUIUK worst holiday of my life! Currently at Holiday Village Majorca. My 8 month old baby, my husband and myself are all severely ill with sickness and diarrhea. Had doctor out. We are all inclusive and have only eaten in hotel. Complaint to follow!

It’s been an awful day on the roads but after a 6 hour drive I don’t think it’s wrong to point out someone at TS got signage wrong which resulted in unnecessary stress for me, baby and I’m sure other road users too.
