@Optus Funnily enough, the Telstra staff actually directed my friend to Optus to help her save money. At what cost? Degradation? Being invisible?

I have tried twice this week to set up my friend’s @Optus plan. The staff made us wait for 2.5 hours today, only offering to help as we were leaving. The funny thing is that when I am alone, they’re helpful, but with my friend who’s in a wheelchair and non-verbal? Nup. Not all.

@Optus We’re researching other telco options instead. This is the second attempt with the staff at Optus this week. The guy actually said it would be better if I signed up on behalf of my friend and she paid me each month. She’s in a wheelchair, not stupid. 🤷🏻‍♀️
