@AHS_Warranty Frustrating the contractor paired w/me has worst BBB rating. #1 report - they come out once + never show up again. YEP- ME TOO. Assuming you donβt screen your contractors? And AHS cust svc has a 45min wait & then couldnβt assist. But you still got your $$$. Hmmmmβ¦.
@AHS_Warranty Is this how you treat your long term customers? In this day and age when groceries for a wk cost your yearly fee. I lost 2 weeks of groceries and had to buy a fridge waiting for your contractor. Since Marchβ¦.

@AHS_Warranty Now Iβm being harassed to pay my yearly membership fee???? (Which is less than what Iβve paid for the no-show contractor.) Where is AHS Customer Service? Who is the CEO? Iβve asked 4x today to speak to a supervisorβ¦currently on hold for 48min.
@AHS_Warranty I am still trying to get my $100 trade fee back from 3/31/2022 for a contractor I was paired w/ with TERRIBLE BBB ratings. Since then, Iβve had to buy a new fridge at $1500 (15x the service charge) bc of the contractor that never came back.
