Booked a basic economy ticket to Madrid but there’s been a lot of attacks on tourists in Spain recently. I am concerned for my safety. Any way I could change my ticket due to the civil unrest in Spain? Would love to visit a country that is welcoming to tourists

@NYPD105Pct just received a call from someone claiming to be an officer of your dept (caller ID said “NYc Police Dept” with the 718-776-9090 number and everything). They had my full name but promptly hung up when I asked how I knew the number wasn’t being spoofed. Just FYI

@JetBlue @JetBlue announcement that pilots will be arriving for the flight at 9:45pm and THEN we can finally board the plane…but who screwed up?! Missing plane AND missing pilots?! This was for a 8:28pm departure!

@JetBlue @JetBlue I’m tracking the flight status on your website but it’s definitely inaccurate. Status shows 8:28pm departure. It’s 8:30pm and the plane is nowhere to be found. Can the JetBlue gods locate our missing plane?!

@OfficialMLBShop @ShopRunner something’s not working - I have 3 eligible shoprunner items in my cart, it’s over $59, it shows that I’m signed in through shoprunner…but no option to select shoprunner as shipping option during checkout. Please fix!

@HawaiianAir spent a lot of money to get 1st class seats + booked early to get the seats we wanted, only for seats to be changed w/out approval due to “operational needs” Sounds like you bumped the 2 of us to give 3 people seats together. Completely unacceptable.

The rep rescheduled me to 7/5, and she reassured me that all my items would be available for delivery. Today is 7/5. There is no delivery happening though because apparently IKEA never actually shipped the items to XPO, even though all items are in stock.

@IKEAUSAHelp called IKEA to move my delivery date to 6/25 bc 6/26 didnt work for me. I had the rep reconfirm the new date 3x on phone. I called IKEA again when I never got a call from XPO with new date. Apparently date was never changed, still 6/26 in system

@walmarthelp having a nightmarish experience - 1st order arrived damaged, 2nd replacement order got cancelled, 3rd order says delivered but I didn’t receive...and to top it off, I am STILL waiting on a refund for my 1st order 😡

@saks Still waiting on the status of a return. You issued merchandise credit instead of a credit card refund. It’s been a week since my call with CS and I’m still waiting to hear back. Tried calling your CS line and apparently that doesn’t work now either 🤷🏻‍♀️. Please help!
