LOCH NESS COMPLETED!! 37KM, 23 miles and the length of Loch Ness ran to try spread awareness of mental health. The most mental challenging run I’ve ever done but so grateful to say I’ve done it. Nice to have a little swim with Nessie to finish off. MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS❤️

Butterfly is a very special song from my new album. It’s a transformative piece and this live version I did in paris with Deezer is such a special rendition I wanted to share it here. World Music Radio is a concept album that mimics a radio broadcast and my alter ego DJ Billy Bob Bo Bob leads you through the album. Part way through, Billy bob introduces the real jon batiste on the ‘broadcast’. Then you hear “Butterfly” which shifts the album into a new mode. The theme of the song was built from a lullaby I composed for @suleikajaouad when she was in the hospital last year. I composed hours of lullaby themes never intended for release but glad this one has made it out into the world. I finished this song with the help of dan Wilson and it’s now we’re nominated for song of the year at the Grammys 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾Such a full circle moment given that it was conceived for Suleika during a time when we couldn’t be together at the previous Grammy ceremony . We can attend together this year in celebration of the song and in celebration of LIFE ♥️♾️ Grateful to share this live rendition of “Butterfly” from Paris in collab with @Deezer —go over to YouTube to hear it 💙🦋✨
