@ups spending 1+ hours on the phone to file a refund claim for $90 for next day air, which was not delivered next day. Multiple UPS folks have passed us along to others. This is unacceptable.

@quickbooks I have tried without success to have Quickbooks amend w2's to include correct health insurance. The software has removed the ability for me to add this information to the w2 before submitting, instead requires me to call someone at QB. NOT GOOD.
