Seeing this playing out for a friend, I'm struck by the fact that most HR processes are still designed to pay market rate for outside talent but often underpay even top performers. Retention of good people should be prioritized and rewarded up and down the organization.

I read a story written by a teacher in KY. The A+ student who wrote this on his paper didn’t need the points & they were given to a student in the class who was really struggling. Please don’t argue it, but do think about it. Seeing kids who have compassion gives me hope! ❤️
