The Affordable Connectivity Program has been a lifesaver for millions of older Americans, helping them build social connections, gain employment, and access educational and health services.
Without the Affordable Connectivity Program, millions of Americans like my guest to the #StateoftheUnion, Mr. Milton Perez, would be denied the low-cost, reliable broadband they’ve come to depend on.
It’s up to Congress to protect these benefits for Americans & their families.

Today, HUD announced a proposed rule to fulfill the promise of the 1968 Fair Housing Act mandate to affirmatively further fair housing (AFFH).
This proposed rule would create places of opportunity where every resident can thrive.
