@Uber_Support The issue isn’t that I was charged, the issue is that I spent half an hour waiting for a driver that was inexplicably going in circles and in the opposite direction of my location. This is an incredibly poor customer experience and I want to know what will be done about it.

@Uber_Support I just had a driver go from being 2 minutes away from my location and then go in the completely opposite direction and end up 10 minutes away and then continue to not follow the map for almost half an hour. I have screenshots of the “progress”.

She also did not respond to messages. This is just one of multiple bad experiences I’ve had with uber recently.
