Got redirected from a flight aggregator to @easyJet to book a holiday and dates changed without me realising for a trip on 22 Oct that I can’t make! I contacted @easyJetholidays immediately but I’m told I can’t expect a response for 4-5 days! Help!

@virginmedia still no broadband/TV, so no working from home etc. 4 days and counting... at least 3 days 'til "fix date" #virginmedia #sigh

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia want to charge £68 'cancellation fee' bc they say this = "service"! Don't go w VirginMedia!

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia Tech team tells me no service until 20 Feb. Unacceptable. Can't cancel due to cust service team out on Sunday. Not happy

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia no change here... Any update on repairs?

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia Same old story... Roll on end of contract

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia there is no change today ie still no broadband

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia still no broadband. Still no idea what's going on. Best advice from Virgin 'technician': switch on and off!

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia reliability issues for months, technician out on Sat to "fix it", identified "network issue". No broadband since and no update

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]

@virginmedia "fastest broadband" more like no broadband. 5 days and counting #switchtosky #moneyfornothing

[Jenny Reeves @jennyrreeves]
