@JudeDockray Game changer - always ran but now with 40 odd year old knees I can’t. I’ve never used a spinning bike but it’s amazing and highly motivating largely because of the Platform. Very expensive but a market leader. Beware you may be sucked in to the STSFT Peloton groupies.
