@virginmedia I sent a complaint on 25/01/2021. Still no response. I called the number & when I said my wifi wasn’t working the automated lady said ‘thanks for calling’ and the phone hung up. I would like to cancel my plan so I need someone to call me . Worst customer service.

Pay £70 a month for a service that 1. doesn’t work and 2. the company doesn’t even have a helpline to HELP!!! What a joke.

@virginmedia I was on hold to your line for 35 minutes the call ‘failed’ and now when i call it says i cannot connect???? I need someone to call me ASAP. Paying for a shocking service AND we upgraded last week. What a joke

@virginmedia I’ve looked on there. Everything says connected. Network in our area saying good but the wifi doesn’t connect to devices / if it does it continuously drops off. Whilst working from home in meetings it’s becoming very frustrating that the wifi disconnects me from meetings.
