Commissioner Khumalo dealing with Adv. Serunye , that there was no evidence that the applicant had misrepresented her qualifications. At the time of applying, she clearly stated that her MBA was still in progress and relied only on the qualifications required for the position: her BTech in Industrial Engineering and National Diploma in Mechatronics Engineering. Although the panel considered her additional qualifications during the scoring process, the Commissioner held that this did not amount to fraud or misrepresentation by the applicant. Just look at Padayachee standing behind the prosecutor in court, giving unlawful instructions. Yet they come before the Commission and all claim they were not part of it. Can these people please stop trying to defend this nonsense? They keep making themselves look foolish, and it's embarrassing to watch senior Black professionals doing this. 🤦♂️🤦♂️

Huge thanks to the @MinistryofTID Development and PDC Chairman, Hon. Senator Jerry Gotora, for acting fast on these lifesaving measures.
Drivers, please slow down in wildlife areas you hold their lives in your hands.
