@KelloggsUS@RockDetective I remember working at a Safeway when I was in HS in 98 and seeing the sample boxes on an end cap. It’s been my absolute favorite ever since. If you have any back stock you’d like to part with, please send it my way.
@emiliambenton I don’t see bilingual in the job title. But in the qualifications. And it is paying $5-10k more annually than the nonprofit averages. How does 10-20% higher pay not value the skill? What do you consider fair compensation?
@emiliambenton Requiring Spanish tells me the org is aware of gaps in the service they currently provide and wants to do better at serving those underserved communities. That should be applauded, not denigrated. If the salary doesn’t meet your personal financial needs, move along.
@emiliambenton average pay for nonprofit managers in HTX per zip recruiter is $44k. The posting lists $50-55k + benefits and is likely grant funded with a hard cap. If pay is in line w/ other managers within the organization I see no issue. Nonprofits don’t pay like for profit organizations.
@howells39@RalphEsq @GoBigRedDerek @Garrett_Archer @chandlerbdun That many provisional ballots in AZ isn’t abnormal. In 2016, AZ was one of the 4 states that combined to make up 75% of the 2.4mil provisional ballots nationwide.
@Garrett_Archer 30k to be counted. of the 40k provisional expect roughly 70% (28k) to be accepted. That leaves Trump needing 64-65% to pass Biden. He has been averaging high 50s the last several days. It will be close but I think he runs out of real estate unless more prov are accepted.
@thejamesjemshow@treyterry Where are those 20k coming from? the data on this table, (remaining est and %s) says he will net 600ish votes not incl Maricopa. I know some counties' later dumps have been heavier Trump but 2/3? that isn't a conservative estimate.
@kbtravel53 @Gioiosa707 @RoryStolzenberg@notlarrysabato @parisa4justice Now count the non-white faces... it’s easy, they put both of them right up front for the photo.
