@acoyne Andrew - your article is a terrifyingly superb summary of the inevitable chaos to come. Having read your article, I am genuinely more afraid than ever before for the future of democracy
@RoncesVillage And while you’re at it, please remove remnants of the yellow paint on the sidewalk from that silly yellow brick road Roncey BIA marketing campaign a couple years ago.
@renodane Dane. The Roncesvalles BIA did a similar thing about a year ago with their Yellow Brick Road campaign. The yellow paint is still noticeable in spots on the Roncesvalles sidewalk and it’s equally infuriating.

@kylegolsen @d_demelis In theory what you’re saying makes perfect sense. However, in a market where the price of singles and semis are sky high, I’m not sure how a small scale condo developer or rental investor could carve out a profit without charging sky high amounts.
@crut I had the exact same reaction to Colin’s silly question. Everyone, especially those under extreme stress, need a break to regroup and recollect their thoughts.
@markevans I agree Mark. But I’m unclear how an investor could turn a profit by building a triplex in Toronto. Lot / house prices are too high. I don’t think rental income could cover the monthly mortgage.
