Investing generally implies you receive some ownership or other interest in exchange for your money/services/etc. When you give the grocery store money in exchange for food you're not an investor, you're a customer. I realized I haven't been getting actual voicemail since June, just these transcribed text messages. Called tech support. After the tech advised me to turn off keyboard dictation (WHAT?) and just being generally unhelpful

@TMobileHelp So, what did @TMobileHelp end up doing for me? Nothing. I got a response back 4(!) days later on Feb 5 that I should call Apple about my lack of voicemail. What did Apple say? @TmobileHelp must not know what they're talking about... yay #UnCarrier= #UnHelpful
