@r_stephen99 @IBX@BCBSAssociation Hello Ryan, she has come home last Sunday with ng-tube on after the insurance has declined coverage for in-patient rehab/therapy. They’ve suggested us to consider outpatient therapy.
our newborn still in NICU for 87 days & insurance @IBX@HorizonBCBSNJ declined twice neonatologist’s request transferring her to rehab program to address her feeding issues despite she is prematured baby. Hoping and praying for a favorable response. #HealthInsurance#healthcare
Had a long call with @IBX regarding ‘External review’.They seem to be more interested in understanding ourconcerns and sort of speculating reasons for her doc’s reference to rehab. Hope @IBX will consider & respect neonatologist’s decision and do the right thing @BCBSAssociation
Never expected I need to go through these many hurdles when doc suggested rehab program for my newborn hoping that she will recover and join us sooner. Hope you can expedite this. @IBX@BCBSAssociation

@Romnumerous@IBX@HorizonBCBSNJ no updates yet other than an initial email received on last Thursday says review is underway and someone will contact me shortly. No one contacted me or replied to my followup.
It's really infuriating if you dwell on the fact that we've spent trillions waging war but we didn't prepare enough masks, ICU beds or ventilators for a pandemic (which experts knew was going to happen at some point!)
Cool research from Sophos here, though this isn't gh0st -- it's a custom backdoor we call #ANGRYREBEL, used by #APT22. The plugins it loads are based on leaked gh0st source code, but the backdoor itself is very much not gh0st.
Some infosec knowledge is useful for months (knowledge of a given campaign), other knowledge, for years, (TTPs), other knowledge, for decades (the halting problem). Here's a "Pyramid of Pain" (cc/ @DavidJBianco) inspired model of knowledge in cyber I find useful for myself.
