@ShaneSmith197 Sometimes it depends on the age of the child. U6 to u12 yes absolutely. I've coached alot of underage teams. By u14 the player knows are they are they going to start and at that age competitiveness really kicks in. They want to win!! Finding a happy balance is the hard thing.
